RealityMine Introduces RealLife Events

By May 23, 2022 No Comments

RealityMine today announced the addition of RealLife Events to its product offering, allowing clients to deliver surveys to users across all major operating systems triggered from search queries, website visits and application usage.

RealLife Events allows researchers to target panellists with surveys using digital behaviour as the trigger. The technology automates survey delivery to panellists who have carried out behaviours such as using a specific app, website or making specific search queries, allowing researchers to gain a deeper contextual understanding of users’ digital activity. By unifying the collection of observed and contextual data, RealLife Events provides clients with a more comprehensive view of users’ digital behaviour.

“The desire to understand the impact of users’ digital behaviour on their decision-making processes is only increasing, and until now, much of this data collection has been performed separately. Traditional survey research is not typically connected or validated against the behaviours it seeks to understand. RealLife Events bridges this insight gap,” said Billy Grant, Head of Product at RealityMine. “For example, if someone is browsing a certain category or using a certain app, a researcher can send a follow-up survey shortly after those behaviours to capture a response when recall rates are at their highest.”
